Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Indira Candle Co. Indira Candle Co. offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Shipping Policy 

Processing time for each order is 2-3 business days. 
Shipping is calculated upon checkout. 
You will receive an e-mail once your order is shipped. 
We currently ship to Canada and US. 

Return and Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your candle arrives damaged or broken due to shipping, please email a photo to indiracandleco@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Once we receive the damaged candle, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Payments for bulk orders, including deposits, are non-refundable. All sales are final once payment is received. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
